How to Order

Ordering with ethaicraft.com is easy!. First, click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the Quantity box and then simply click the Add to Cart button. Next, a page will display the item you've just added to your shopping cart. You then have the option to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
When you are ready to checkout, you have three options to choose from.
1) You can click the grey Proceed to Checkout button on the top right or button right of page. This will begin your checkout.
2) You can move your mouse over the Cart button on the upper right hand section of the page revealing the last few items you have added to the cart. You will see a Checkout button which you can click to place your order.
3) You can click on my cart to view the entire contents of your cart. When you have made your choice, you will complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information. Once you've completed these forms, just click Place Order.


Payment Accepted

We accept Paypal as a form of payment. Paypal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send online payments using a credit card, a debit cart or a bank account. If you would like to pay for an order using Paypal, simply choose "Checkout with Paypal" during checkout and our system will walk you through the process.


Secure Ordering

We are a security-conscious company. Every transaction you make is safe. We use SSL encryption technology to ensure that your information is transmitted securely. To validate this, place the items you wish to purchase in the cart and click Check out. Check the URL in the address bar of your browser. You will see that it starts with https:// instead of http://. This indicates that the page is secure (http secure) and that any information you send us will be encrypted and is safe. If you are using Internet Explorer or Firefox browser you will also see a closed lock in the status bar of your browser (bottom right).
